Cancellation and Full Payment Policy
Thank you for choosing BSL Communication Service Ltd. We appreciate your business and strive to provide the best service possible. Please review our Cancellation and Full Payment Policy outlined below:
1. Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be communicated to BSL Communication Service Ltd at least 7 days prior to the scheduled booking date.
2. Full Payment on Cancellation:
In the event of a cancellation made after the stipulated cancellation period, BSL Communication Service Ltd reserves the right to charge the full agreed-upon payment for the booking. Once BSL Communication Service Ltd books a self employed interpreter as a contractor, the contractor must pay the agency fee in full if they cancel with less than 7 days notice.
3. Exceptional Circumstances:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis. However, any exceptions must be discussed and agreed upon in writing by both parties.
4. Payment Terms:
Full payment for services is due up to 7 after the scheduled booking date, as outlined in the initial agreement or invoice.
5. Refunds:
Payments made in advance are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. This policy is in place to compensate for the time, resources, and commitments made by BSL Communication Service to prepare for your booking.
6. Rescheduling:
If a rescheduling request is made within the cancellation period, BSL Communication Service Ltd will make every effort to accommodate the request without additional charges. However, rescheduling is subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing, there may be an administration charge of £20.
7. Changes to Services:
Any changes to the scope or details of the agreed-upon services must be communicated in writing and agreed upon by both parties. Changes may affect the final payment amount.
8. Force Majeure:
BSL Communication Service Ltd shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, and natural disasters. Where a self employed contractor is booked through BSL Communication Service Ltd, the contractor will be held responsible and will pay any fee's.
